I am a Realtor with ERA Cusick Realty. We service all of Ventura County. We are a group of Realtor's that actually work as a group. I am a certified Lending Tree Realtor. I have completed The Success Trax (which is a Real Estate related class) and received the certification for this. I am a certified HEROCARE provider. I have an ABR designation, which means I am an accreditted Buyer's Representative. I am constantly keeping up with the current and up and coming Real Estate Laws. I will continue to take classes that will help me to better serve you, my clients.
Specialization
I specialize in finding the "Right Home For You". I will represent you (my client) in the purchase and/or sale of single-family residences, income property, 1031 exchanges, and buildable land. I service all of Ventura County. I keep current with the transactions in these area. I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools (I have a daughter so this is important to me). Personal
I'm a California native having been born and raised in the Ventura County. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school and church. I have been active in the Special Olympic's from a young age, due to the fact that I have 2 Special needs Cousins and now also a Nephew. I graduated from Simi Valley High School and went directly into a trade school. I have been in people related fields for the last 23 years. My current hobbies include spending time with my family (my daughter, husband, and my 3 dogs.), traveling, going out to the dirt to offroad, and meeting new people. I do love this job and get great joy out of helping my clients to find the "Right Home for You". I am not here to just sell you a home! I am here to form a long lasting relationship with all of my clients/friends and be here to help you with all of your real estate needs, throughout our lifetimes! |
